I hope you got my email. I made an email on my smartphone for the first time. my internet is down and it doesn't seem to want to come back up so I might have to go and get maybe a new modem or something so I thought I would. I would come on here and maybe you could see my message.
@@jacobshank7336 yeah I got your email the other day. already replied to it. did it not notify you? btw before you get a new modem, check with your internet provider to see if there's any faults in your connection with the lines/wiring in your area. if they can find problems on their end they should send technicians to fix it for you. is your internet ADSL or Fiber? if they can't find problems on their end, then yeah maybe getting a new modem can fix it (or ask them for recommendations on how to fix it). how long have you had your modem for? has similar problems happened before? (unstable signal)
@@pomplaygame I've had the modem since 2010 no, it's not fiber. so yeah I might have to call and have them look at it to see if I need a new modem or not. I'm just feeling frustrated right now in anxiety. oh, and I did make a new TH-cam video. I don't know if you seen that or not
@@jacobshank7336 o wow that do be an old modem. maybe u do be need a new one after all. but yeah let them check first. btw, most of the times they can check the connection over the phone or over online messaging (like, they don't have to turn up at your property to physically check). and ask them if they can help u set up the new modem when u get one. with new modems these days sometimes we need different cables for different ports coz some people use fiber and some don't, so some new modems come with all sorts of cables in the box just in case. I recommend that u take a photo of how your modem is currently connected and which port(s) are the cables connected to. btw is it currently connected to the wall socket with a telephone cable? (usually it's a thin grey cable. not sure if the same in your country though lol, but it's thinner than a regular ethernet cable) yo I haven't seen your new vid yet, will check it out as soon as I got time! I've been cleaning my rooms these few weeks and currently I'm working on clearing out a giant cupboard before I could give it away lol.. btw don't worry, everything will work out just fine! it's gonna be ok! easy fix!
