Hi, as I once again put one of your videos on to start my study session I've just realised I still haven't thanked you! I spent my whole last year of bachelors studying with your videos on, and now that I have successfully obtained it, here I am studying for the finals for my first semester as masters student. Although my mental health has seriously declined since I left high school (a bit due to uni but mostly for personal reasons) and most days I've felt like my anxiety and low spirits would have the best of me, I somehow managed to study well for most of my classes and obtain my bachelor's degree (and with good grades!), so I would like to thank you for at least helping me focus through my study sessions :) And for anyone out there scrolling through the comments because they feel like they can't focus or anxiety pushes them to procrastinate, or maybe because they needed a well deserved break: I know what it feels like, and trust me, it doesn't matter if you need more time to focus and actually start studying. Take a deep breath, remind yourself of what you are capable of achieving, and just do your best with whatever time you have left. Yes, sometimes you might worry so much about your exams you're sick with anxiety but it's okay, if you are well prepared it cannot stop you from doing a great job, and I'm sure you are capable of it. For instance, I couldn't even keep track of the number of times I had to get out of the room mid-exam or mid-class crying and hyperventilating from a panic attack and yet every time I've managed to do my best given the circumstances (which ok, sometimes wasn't that great lol) and get at least decent grades. It may be hard to believe but trust me, you've got this! Exam season is hard for everyone, may we all remember that like for everything, this too shall pass and it is only one step bringing you closer to your goals

hello! I switched on this video to work on my presentation for the course, so far 1 hour have passed, I hope it will help with my task, and I can manage the presentation pretty well! so far the sound of the rain is really calm and helps to concentrate
