It's been four months since we went out and made soru videos. It is the first shop after the lockdown and I am so much excited. In this shop, this man has varieties of dosas. I had ghee roast, garlic dosa, veg dosa, onion adai, and podi dosa. He maintains cleanliness around his shop which must be appreciated. The taste of each and every dosa was amazing. The batter was really fresh and good to eat.

I'm wondering..wow..How beautiful is the life of a middle-aged man who has been selling a variety of dosas for many years in a small trolley shop somewhere. The elegance in his work and the joy in him says..that it's not just only his profession but it's also his art. Day by day he is performing that art. Looks like he is fulfilling himself by his art. The old song that sounds in the back, the trolley shop, the people who come to eat and the various tasty hot dosas..it's a beautiful story ♥️
