It is hard to find a class just doing dancing you see in this video. It would be nice if they advertised about how to get involved in a dance group like this.

I was told by Drs. 3 yrs ago I would NEVER walk again or do crafts. At a nieces wedding she wanted ALL female's on the dance floor to do the Booty Boogy dance. I motioned to my husband to wheel me to the dance floor. The music started & I started moving my body to the music in the dance moves. 2 weeks later I was walking. I had sepsis streptococcus of my brain & spinial cord. Actually my children were told I wouldn't come home from the hospital. Today I'm doing great & dancing up dust clouds & hugging grand kid's.
OK. Cute line dance. But it isn't the twist, which is a twisting of the hips and upper body sort of back and forth so you get more workout for the waist and hips!
