I actually have the same coach as Rose- It’s really inspiring to see a Asian junior like me, who started from nothing, to getting her first debut win! I really hope to succeed as much as Rose had.

They are $700, a little pricey.

It is not unusual for the commentators to feel compelled to be critical but usually those comments are insufferable-the ones here are no different. It is okay to just sit back and enjoy and admire the play of these outstanding players. Rose hits a 165 yards iron 2 feet to the right of the pin to within 12 feet and she "pushed it a little"...what the hell! This is a very gifted young woman.

Exactly ss i predicted, no win, but top 5. She has learned a lot & she still has a lot to learn, like listening more to her caddie's input, filter it, then adopt or reject. The winner Yin gave credit to her caddie for knowing the green so well which contributed to her win. Rose must learn to listen too. Caddies do have a role to play.

Huh. She had tough putts. Her issue was missing from approach shots.

Fretting over Rose's late missed putts and the water ball on the 18th? - - that's why the world over has failed to understand China, or the Chinese people for that matter. Never in the history of a golf major had there been three Chinese (yes, Rose is Chinese American) names appearing on top of the leaderboard vying for the coveted major title - - Rose has shown great respect for her playing partner Lin, who had longed for the major title (or a LPGA maiden win) desperately. Had it not for Lin and Yin, the eventual winner, vying at the title, Rose would have gone to greater length to 'kill' them both off!
It's a case of showing respect based on seniority rank which Rose had demonstrated perfectly - - akin to the spectaculars of ancient Chinese history of 孔融让梨.

I'm not too sure about that... the miss left into the water on eighteen (18) was nearly an identical shot to her pull left on thirty-six (36) of the 2020 U.S. Amateur. It seems like she may just tend to tighten up with the driver when the nerves hit, considering the U.S. Amateur was against an AUSTRALIAN, not a CHINESE national or even of Chinese descent. Should get better with time though.
