"turkey, jordan , also have the recordings of the bombing ..."
says who? Lot's of people are saying lot's different things that suit their agendas. That's why we need to see evidence. And even then I disagree that countries like US/UK/France have any mandate morally or legally, since thier own records are FAR worse and furthermore it is a violation of international law to attack a country unless in self defense except with explicit UN authorization.

No need to dissolve the security council, just dissolve the veto. By the way the US has the record on vetos, followed by the UK. Something you wont hear in the establishment media, but if you go to the UN Bibliographical Information System website you can view the voting records for yourself.

Audrey, I'm with you. I've asked WeDenyTruth to help with this. Pick one or two TBTF banks. But what strategy? An ultimatum? 'We'll boycott if you strike Syria'? Or just go ahead and boycott for the milion reasons we should?
What would a boycott look like? We pull our money out of BOA, for instance, and put in local credit unions? I'm not smart and need help here.
Earlier in this thread I called out everybody who talks big on the forums but will not respond to a call to action. Help, AI?

I called a public meeting and put my name on the fliers and web calendar info. Four people showed up. I've written the local law professors, ACLU, labor unions big and small, radio stations--including college stations==and tried to use website comment forums to organize people to action, including Chris Hedges and Real News videos. From all of that, one excellent man in Montana wrote back. I'm on their lists and accomplished nothing. Like I said, I have kids. They need a dad, not a martyr.

"This is about 1 thing, and that is control"
I would agree with that, but oil is a major lever in the control box. The decline of cheap oil has led directly to a scramble for oil, and the US is a major oil importer. It is absolutely critical the US ruling class's financial and military dominance, for the moment at least.
PS the Earth does not 'produce' water. And if you were right about the Earth 'producing' oil then fracking, which is far more expensive, would not be in use.

"but where is the rest of the world ..."
    Some simple reasons:
    1) If you leave a country alone its people tend to rise up and solve their own problems, however the US has always sought to ensure that that doesnt happen, lest the "virus" of real democracy spread (quoting Henry Kissenger) and interfere with US investments and power.
    2) Many countries have already 'stepped up', funding, supplying arms and fighters to further their own agendas. That's the problem.

15 of the 19 nine/eleven hijackers had Saudi Arabian passports, and none were from Iraq, Iran, or Afghanistan. Hedges in this video seems to point many of his fingers toward Saudi Arabia. After 9/11 did we go to war with Saudi Arabia? Almost immediately after 9/11 there popped up this new term "al Qaeda," and it just looked to me too much like "the man behind the curtain" or something, so I've questioned info against "al Qaeda" ever since. Unicorns and "al Qaeda" are similar.

What that effort would be and how meaningful communication can be ahieved among enough of us in order to define and coordinate that effort beats me. Voting was taken from us long ago, and the Supreme Court sealed that deal in 2010 with Citizens United. But I honesty believe him and Kerry are smarter than this and my theory is that they are being blackmailed and/or threatened to carry out these illogical actions.
