My wife and I are planning on purchasing a ranch near her parents in eastern Montana next year. I have no background in AG but I keep watching on your videos so I decided to start from the beginning. Thank you for sharing.
Tyler, your skill as a fabricator/welder are excellent. Lines are straight. Welds are even and the penetration seems to be complete. Top notch work. I would hire you.
@@farmertylerranch4399 Tyler, no I'm not the Mike Rowe you have seen on TV. Ive been Mike Rowe for 77 years. I'm about twenty years older than him I have done many jobs. I grew up on a cow/calf ranch in the Colorado Rockies I was a high school English teacher, a construction project manager, and I worked in the Aerospace business as well. I am a hobby welder. My.youngest daughter graduated from Chico State, is married, has two kids and lives in Chico. I love the rice country where you live. I've pulled calves in the middle of the night, and raked hay with a team of horses.
Having been subscribed to your (now farming) channel for quite some time, I finally had to go back to the very beginning and see how it all started. I guess this video explains why you're so good at building your own installations (eg, bull pen). Congrats on the progress of FTR -- here's to the next 89K subscribers 😊

Brilliant your very specific with everything you do , how on earth are you going to get it up there i know the metal looks thin and light but thats going to be HEAVY and awkward to lift . I know I'm catching up still I'm hoping to see all you videos so finding the ones I haven't seen x

No plans but I did have the old one to copy off of. The new one’s angles had to match was the most critical part but I was able to modify the design in other ways. As far as the installation, an outside company will have to come in with a crane to get it up there. I might be able to document some of it. Thanks Johnny (and Shannon!)
As always impressed with your abilities. Great job. Crane lift or square shooter? If you get around to trying that grease remover tell me what you think. It's not the second coming but beats riding a steamer forever.
