I disagree. Your estimate is way too low. Now, I don't expect that this service will resolve/address ALL issue, but it is another tool in our tool box. This service can helpt to promote independence.
@@Chickenlegs41 I've been doing this for about 30 years, I've provided services to thousands of individuals. Maybe 1 I can think of that would qualify. It's been tried in several areas and even the highest functioning individuals wind up needing at least 4 hours a day of services.
Less than 1% of 1%. Most DSPs give 100% support to individuals.
