Listen to easy and understandable English material. Following are three main ways to listen,
1.Audio book using apps like Audible or Story tel.
2.Podcasts on Google Podcast.
3.News on AIR news.
But it takes lots of time and efforts to develop your fluency and that is the problem. We do not have that much of patience and consistency.But if you can maintain that, definitely you will get results.

Without making the full journey of learning the soft skills of the target language one should not jump into the conclusion that learning English has to be an act of 15 to 20 days' travelling!
