I adore Lloyd and Kratos dad&son relationship, that goodbye was so sad and beautiful at the same time, Lloyd was that little kid who ran towards Kratos to see the starts again and Kratos's smiled is so sweet. 😢 They should had stayed together 😭
The plot,story line, character development, fighting scenes, those funny awkward moments, fitting music, and the flipping feels this anime was a masterpiece loved every second of it
You know I like this ending better than the one from the game. Especially leaving with Collete, Sheena and Zelos together on their journey to find all the exsphere. The hidden message that Colloyd and Sheenos is canon lol.
The Kratos Lloyd scene gives me chills to this day. And occasionally still makes me cry. And can I just mention how I m e l t e d when Lloyd kept calling Kratos dad when talking to Dirk? Man, I'm so mad they didn't interact in DotnW.

I mostly love this Tales game the most because of the message it gives. I remember reading that Hideo Baba bases his Tales game's themes off the current state of the world, or something similar to that. Abyss was "the meaning of life", Xillia 2 was "choice" the theme here is clearly discrimination. correct me if i'm wrong please but I love, and am saddened by how relate-able it still is. People still think it's okay to treat others as trash. And if you ignore some (a majority) of what Mithos has done, he's just a victim of discrimination who lost his sister and wants her back. And the speech that the main party makes at 5:17 is what should be taught and learned again this is all in my opinion
Disappointed that there's no wing, but the anime provides ToS with great closure. I like that the ending is different, throws you off and makes it worth watching.
It's over, after all these years. Somehow this ending was more gratifying than the game. And as for the final battle, I liked that a bit more too. But still, there's something that makes me feel like that is all, that is all the story there is to tell. It's sad to see it over, but its the most memorable game/anime/story I've witnessed. Such a beautiful story.

(Assumes fetal position) Seriously though, I did actually like that they made the Lloyd vs. Kratos fight the last one in the ova, it was a much more meaningful battle than any other in the game, at least for Me. And I am a big fan of Kratos and Lloyd oyako, but still, WHY DID THEY FORGET THE WINGS, THEY WOULD HAVE BEEN SO BADARSE!!! T3T They forgot Kratos' awesome Flambege sword, and the Vorpal sword too!....Oh well.
