still same error after install the latest driver and don't know what is the prob . but when I use another software (NAPS2) working normally just SELECT MY Printer and did the job and can make it pdf or print it again

at the time of installation , the printer is not found error keeps coming! that is the reason i believe my scanner is not functioning! do you have any solution! switching on and of the printer is useless, does not work.
