I was working on similar/identical carb.
800 cfm from caddie.
I have another metering rod next to the pair of primary rods you inserted.
What is my extra metering rod for?? How does yours work without it??
Could I remove mine?

I think it was a you tube issue. I had same problem elsewhere.
