I know the ending of the non-vault part of the album seemed strange! Actually the standard edition ends with Begin Again and songs from The Moment I Knew to State of Grace (Acoustic) were bonus tracks on the deluxe edition. Ronan was released during the Red era but was never on the actual album. Hope this explains the chaotic closing!
I feel like this is important to know about the album. The original bonus tracks are scattered in between the 16 original tracks of Red in terms of timeline, and Come Back, Be Here is actually strongly believed to be about a third guy from the 2-2,5 year timeline of the Red album songs. In fact, Holy Ground, Everything has Changed, Begin Again and Come Back, Be Here are believed to be about other people than the main person inspiring this album. Starlight is a literal fanfic about Bobby and Ethel Kennedy Taylor wrote after reading a biography about the Kennedy's. Stay Stay Stay is as someone else pointed out - just a fantasy.

And Taylor ran him out "We are never getting back together". And Martin and Shellback were like "What's going on? Tell more about it" and thus "We are never ever getting back together" was born. The song they were working on? Now we know it was "Message in a Bottle"

I wonder what she'll do with the more obscure material that was never on an album. I know she had two EPs that contained some tracks unreleased elsewhere. It'll be interesting to see what she decides to do with those, if she's allowed to at all.
