Nice video and good comparison. Great to see your passion for lawn care and lawn equipment at your age. I currently run a Shindaiwa T262 and had a Stihl FS94. Between the two, I think the Shindaiwa is better. Starts easier, has more power, and the longer shaft and wider cutting swath makes it easier to finish your trimming work quicker. The FS94 was weaker in power, was harder to start, had more vibrations, but was better on fuel. I wish they would put a solid shaft on that FS94. I think it would make it a better trimmer is they did. Keep up the good work.
The fs94r is the easiest one to start literally pump the ball flip the choke and pull once or twice and soon as you pull the trigger the chokes off not all this full choke half choke then off your dont know what youre talking about
Which one do you feel is lighter and balance better between the two? I have the fs 94 now and love the lightweight and the balance but I want to go to the t262 for the 20 inch cut. However no one carries that brand around here so I have to order it so most importantly to me is balance in weight so could I get your opinion on it?
Good job on the video 👍 i like Stihl chainsaws and hedge trimmers. Echo and shindiawa blowers are best and shindiawa for trimmers. The echo is mostly the same but I like the grips and lower shield on the shindiawa better. Also those speed feed heads are the best.
I work for a gardening company. Which has been using the Stihl FS94R for a long time. So I have used it a lot. The Stihl FS94 is a chinese made commercially priced homeowner grade machine. It is flimsy and made with poor quality cheap materials. As are all the Stihl '94' series engines. They are definitely NOT good for commercial use. You will be cursing not long after your shiny new machine leaves the shop. There are far better options on the market
Which one do you find is lighter Weight and Balance better? I have the fs 94 now and I love it because of the weight and balance although I want to switch to the t262 for the 20-inch cut. However no one in my area carries it so I have to order it so could you tell me in your opinion which one is lighter and balance better that is a very important feature to me would make me choose to order it or not order it or not
For weight and balance, the Stihl FS94 wins. The T262 is heavier but it is well balanced as well so the 2 lb weight difference between the two is not overly noticeable. If you're looking for more power, I'd go with the T262. The 20 inch swath is nice too. I recently sold the FS94 and replaced it with an FS91. The 91 is nice trimmer...little vibration...nice torque but a little back end heavy.

The ECHO SRM 266 Is a beast. Best I have ever used.
I love the 266 but it’s on the heavier side lol
Shindaiwa at the moment is defiantly the best handheld garden machinery going
Kawasaki is better
@@HighTimes42071 no it’s not shindaiwa is ok
Shindaiwa is junk, it’s literally a crappy rebrand of echo
@@mkfan6167 shindaiwa and echo are both the exact same machine coming out of the exact same factory just different colours and different stickers
@@mkfan6167 why would the same factory make the same machines and put worse parts into one of them

Both is good But in My experience Shindaiwa is the best
Sthil blowers echo/shindaiwa trimmers. Echo less maintenance no valves to adjust. BR is a great efficient comfortable blower.
I have an older shindaiwa T270. That things a beast. Looks like I’m going to pickup a T262. All my guys walk past my stihl for the shin
New shindaiwas arent as reliable as the older shindaiwas but they are all right i guess. I would take a used t270 over a new t262x any day.
Good video

Ty, T242 and T282
Mostly Brush 😊
Echo smr2620 with brush blade a beast.
That did not test anything.
I would definitely do the Shindawa T262
Where is your safety glasses
My Shindaiwa T-261 is twenty years old this year.
Good video. Wear glasses or you’ll go blind. I’ve seen it
Top 3 weed trimmers are
Stihl
Echo
Husqvarna
I have an old shindaiwa t230 that's over 25 years old and I can still start it in one or two pulls
t230 is a fantastic machine i have one as well over 1000 hours still use it daily
Awesome enthusiasm but complete lack of eye and (as far as I can tell) ear protection. Also no shin guards. Come on guys, look out for yourselves!
Kid, your gona go far.
Красавчик!
Its stihl or cry
Stihl is good for chainsaws! They’re going downhill with delays of German imports for parts
