There's an easy fix for glittery things. Especially signs. I use either Modge podge or a clear spray. Both will also give the paperboard signs some protection from the weather. I have a large wall just outside my apartment door that I've been using for a collage of Christmas signs from Dollar Tree.

I think on the orange jack o lantern skull mask I'd just take off the screen. Then instead of replacing it with a darker one I'd just wear dark makeup around my eyes. That way you can see easier.
The 99 cent only store is the number one store I miss from Cali the nearest one is in Texas I'm already planning a trip it's been so many years since I've been in one!!! Tfs!!! :)
