Covetousness has a limit as it is found in different cases related to govt officials in the country, but the IAS Puja Singhal seem to have crossed all the lights of dishonesty and bribery being a top administrative official in the state of Jharkhand, which appears to be an embarrassment for the nation.
True and also I being a CA, I want his CA to give his degree back to ICAI. We earn this degree after so much of hard work and sacrifices not to work under some corrupt IAS and get corrupted. These people can sell themselves for money. Shame on them.

Mai toh keh hi rha hu le aaye zero tolerance against corruption but ska koi fayda nhi hoga kyoki unke ministers hi corrupt he... Ek officer toh bas chota sa pyada hota he corruption me... One constituency politician earns 30 crores 'legally' in the tenure of 5 years by the bond money he/she gets from the Central Government for the development of his/her territory and directs even more officers to do corruption... My father is himself a Director (not Secretory or IAS) of UP Internal Audit Lekha Department and I know this reality better than anyone else or immature people can... If you have to blame the officers for GDP scenario, better blame Nirmala instead... lol The director before my father did huge amount of corruption and got laid down by the state govt's one of the ministers who complained about her... But the reality was something which I cant disclose on an open platform...
