Brilliant. Those pens are great for the adventures, that only each individual must experience. During the adventure, the food seller who sells aloo Gobi, was totally sold out, by the time, the stand was reached. Not much of an adventure. Doesn't matter. What matters is the opportunity to write. Happy Diwali.
I have a Brass Sport and I love it. Other than being made of brass, which I love, there was nothing about the pen I thought I would like. I was completely wrong. There's something about writing with it that is almost addictive. It cost be eighty US dollars, which I thought was a little steep, but took the chance, and I'm glad I did. In fact, I liked it so much that I bought the gold nib for it. It is now one of my favorite daily carry pens. The gold nib cost just under a hundred and sixty US dollars, which I do think is a little steep, but it made the pen even better. The nib unit of the metal Sport is so easy to change that you can own one gold nib and switch it between the other metal pens in nothing flat. I carry several pens each day, three that are always the same, and two or three others that I rotate. The three I always carry anywhere and everywhere, no matter what, are the Visconti Homo Sapiens Bronze Age, the Scribo Feel, and the Kaweco Brass Sport with the gold nib. The first two pens are much, much more expensive than the Brass Sport, but the Brass Sport fits right with them as far as how much I enjoy using it is concerned. Even the steel nib, a medium, was very, very smooth and had good flow, so there's no need to buy the gold nib if you like steel nibs. I don't even mind the low ink capacity. I use cartridges, and refill them with my favorite bottled inks. If I run out of ink I can always reach for another pen, but changing cartridges is so quick and easy that I just change cartridges far more often than I change pens.
Agree that Kawecos are unreasonably expensive in India. But note that you can get them at slightly lower prices from individual sellers. For eg., I got my gorgeous Al Sport Iguana Blue for Rs 8K with converter..
