Lightning in the Night Sky
The storm rolls in and the darkened sky is alight with the fury of nature. There is a sense of foreboding in the air and the blackness is rent by streaks of lightning. It is an awesome display of fireworks in the heavens, yet one cannot help but feel glad to be witnessing it from the safety of home. To be caught outside in the maelstrom is to have one's very life placed in the path of danger. There is but one hope: to wait for the tempest to pass.
The dissonant chords at the beginning represent the flashes of lightning and the more rhapsodic section in the middle is reminiscent of the wind howling through the trees as the clouds go scudding across the flash-streaked sky. The lightning returns and builds to the end with a final, thundering crash.
I'd love to hear an orchestrated version if it ever comes about
As it so happens, I've given thought to having many of these pieces orchestrated. The color palette available in that setting would be amazing!
@@terrenceniska8484 I'd like to give it a try if you'll alow me !
so interesting, good job!!
Thanks for listening and taking the time to leave a comment!
sounds very nice!
Thanks for listening!
At the beginning I were like "hmmm, it is bad, what an harmonic failure", but later I Cath the vibe and were ok
Thanks for your feedback!
@@terrenceniska8484 you should have way more feedback and n your chanel. I find it very weird: I seen a considerable amount of amateur composers whose abilities expresses nothing other then ugly misery and, somehow, possesses fortune of commentaries and likes in their respective videos. Your case, ironically, is the precise opposite of the previously mentioned composers.
Of course, there is a hand of good composers who happen to have feedback, while you don't.
Peculiar.
Thank you, Yuki! There are a great many channels out there all looking for a slice of the internet audience. It takes time to achieve the size of audience you are referencing. All I can do is to continue putting out music that touches my soul and I hope the souls of others who hear it.
Thanks again for listening!
