My experience with Elica has been very bad . Bought an Elica chimney a few years ago. Called the customer service number mentioned on the box for installation. They sent some guys. 6 months later led lights died. Called customer service for warranty. They said because the installation was done by 3rd party they won't cover warranty whereas it was installed by the guys sent by Elica. Vowed never buy an Elica product again .

Pathetic experience with Elica cooktop. I bought an Elica Patio cooktop in 2021, two of the burners are already gone. On top of it when I reached out to service centre, they refused the warranty claim, although both bill and their site says they have a warranty of 5yrs on burners.
Please also consider "Thermal Efficiency" in your reviews. Cooktops with Tornado burners have high thermal efficiency. This is not a marketing gimmick but a true money and time saver (as the food cooks faster with less amount of gas).

Vineet ji, no reviewer informs on sim flame feature, which is very critical. Does on turning to sim option, does flame stays or gets extinguished... This is important for old people who forget gas off on sim. If you could address this performance feature pl.

Wrong information in elica cooktop, it has only 2 year warrenty on glass. The 5 year garantee is on 4999rs elica 3 burner model
And another wrong information on Milton cooktop, you said it has back 360 nozzle which is absolutely wrong

Turns out, if you install it yourself, the warranty goes out the window, and there are additional charges even with professional installation. I ordered this Elica model 3 burners based on your recommendations only. When I tried to check, its larger burner was not working on low flame. Then I asked for a replacement. Replaced product was also having the same issue. So I decided not to go with this model.
