Not condoning what you did, but some guys would of took so much "juice" from the guy, they would of killed the golden goose altogether. Anyone who is an actual tough guy can shakedown a legitimate guy who has no one to run to. That said, if you’re a tough guy who has the foresight to understand how much more money there is to be made by ingratiating yourself with a successful legitimate businessman, instead of trying to intimidate him, you will open the door to earning substantially more, and will be less likely to end up facing extortion charges.
