What I liked about the video is that guy kept the verbal sparring to a minimum. He also talked over the cops, which ironically is a common technique done by cops.

Homeowner can't invite people into a tenants places. There is literally "Renter's Rights".
1. Abolish qualified immunity ASAP,
2. Abolish civil asset forfeiture ASAP,
3. Make it illegal for a cop to mute or turn off a cop body camera,
4. Make it cheap, easy and fast for a citizen to obtain any and all ... not redacted when possible ...records,
5. Make all internal investigations subject to independent civilian oversight.
6. Fast track civil rights lawsuits into months instead of years.
7. Do not let a cop simply “retire” only to move to a different department.

When ever a department redacts or alters bodycam footage, it is tampering with evidence & federal charges should be filed against them for it, their attorneys will likely say nothing will come of it but who do they represent, they want to keep that out of court. The first time a police chief goes to prison for evidence tampering that he thought he would never have to suffer for will have an avalanche effect. Does anyone truly believe that a police chief will take it on the chin for a donut goblin acting a fool, he'll throw that buffoon under the bus so quick it would make your head spin.

I'd tell them once to leave, then give them an opportunity to do so. If they don't leave, a disinterested third party, driving a vehicle marked 'CORONER' would be _carrying_ them off the property, stuffed in a bag. Simple as that. The 4th amendment exists for a reason. It's enforcement vehicle is the 2nd amendment, which leads me to my next point.
If I've said it once, I've said it a billion times. Police officers enter my home without my consent, exigent circumstances, or a warrant, they are going to be quickly and intimately acquainted with the second amendment, my states stand your ground statutes and my state's castle doctrines. Simple as that. Me and my family, *WILL NOT TOLERATE* these illegal actions from *ANYONE* let alone a police officer.

You do not want to enter my home without my authorization allowing it. No matter if you’re a criminal, a criminal carrying a badge and sidearm. Because a good and decent LEO with personal integrity, that office would make damn certain he made contact with the home owner and anyone within the home as he has the support of our Justice System.
Any other cops with intent to enter the home by any means, lawful or unlawful, by use of physical force and/or coercion, or by any actions counter to the US Constitution and/or in total opposition of the Rights every American Citizen shares. Entering the home by breaking the law and pissing on our US Constitution they swore to uphold and enforce, makes them criminals at best. Yet at worst? They become armed, armored, arrogant and superior class of person and resorting to employing tyranny and performing the same actions that the terrorists/insurgents like alquida and isis used against the Iraqi civilians and my US Marines.
You can’t imagine how sick it made me to see American cops acting like isis did to force submission from the people of Iraq. I came back home after a decade in Iraq as a Jarhead and as a civilian contractor and found that the “Good Guys” I grew up trusting and respecting were evolving into mini-dictatorships! As well as the People just straight up throwing away our rights and OUR DAMNED LIBERTY without any second thoughts or enough willpower to fight for your life, family, property, and offspring.
