With shorekeeper in the team spectro rover will have 42.5 crit rate without the echo set crit rate substats. You can literally build for crit damage and also use changli weapon if you have it.
The only problem with new set is that you need a lot of CDM to make worth it. Otherwise the old set gives more spectro bonus and pretty much higher number

I always liked the Spectro Rover gameplay, but I'll spend resources in dps characters of other elements right now to have all choices.... I really enjoyed the video and didn't waste any resources, so thank you for that 😉
I'm rather new in the game and was told to go for Havoc Rover since it has bursty attacks, but does the buffed Spectro keeps up to the current Havoc version ? For a mdps ?
Srover self crit-buff is +35% & +22% from Food buff & + 24% From crit weapon = 81% perma Crit-Rate. So, You should go full max Crit-dmg set on every echo (44% CD + 21% x 5 + 150% CD (base) = 299% Crit Damage)... WHY DO YOU HAVE ONLY 269% Crit DMG! It's a insult to Spectro-Rover!!!
@@NinnFred The new set sounds really good, but it would be a waste to discard the old set because I don't have Jinhsi yet. Perhaps I'll wait for the next patch to see how good Phoebe is.
@@andrs13 Personally for now, I would stick with Havoc Rover and not farming the new spectro set. Spectro Rover is not good enough for me to farm a set exclusively for him/her. Discarding the old spectro set is a bad idea if there are new spectro character that is not utilising Spectro Frazzle.

jinshi wont be useful cuz she wont proc spectro frazzle, only limited to s rover for now i think, in future probably phoebe as well, cant wait!

Phoebe aero swors can do cordinated aoe attack but with very small range her outro buffs aero and heavy atk damage
