In higher elo games a good Vex player is really hard lane, if you even try to trade you lose the trade because when Vex lands one skill she often lands all of them and her passive works extremely well against you. Playing for scaling with first strike is inconsistent because you dont want to be trading and she can easily take your FS off of you. Electrocute could work, but like i said, Vex wins short trades. So if you cant scale and cant burst her, conqueror is more consistent as it gives you extra AD for stacking it and makes your extended trades much better
Dont be fooled by how hard Beifeng destroys the guy, the elo difference between them is something similar to diamond compared to high gold elo, its a huge difference
