Just made a vegetarian version today super yummilicious 😋! Instead of chicken I used vegan shrimp 🦐 balls vegetarian stuffed tofu and the normal taukwa ..my family cleaned everything up it was so good! Thanks for all your recipes which are versatile enough even for vegetarians ❤
I didn't have fresh mushrooms so I substituted with canned button variety. Used mirin instead of sugar and the dish turned out very flavourful. With less liquid I didn't need to add salt or thickener. What a great recipe, many thanks! 😊
