I’ve been a stay at home mom for a year and a half now and been trying to make TH-cam my career but it’s the struggle is real lol so I appreciate a video like this and I’ll definitely be checking out some of these suggestions ❤️ thank you for taking the time and making this video
you should give it a shot! The nice thing is you can accept only one dog at a time if you want, and once you meet some dogs you like they can become recurring stays which makes things even easier
Ive had some limited success on Etsy, and honestly should spend more time trying to build it up because I still get orders every now and then for products I made over a year ago
You need to have a qualified following (SM presence - number of followers, etc.) for Amazon and other affiliate programs. Virtual Assistant work is not "meanial" as you say and it is not passive income (on the contrary, it is very active). I have been a virtual assistant for over 10 years and a career Executive Assistant for over 20 years. Your video clip about it lacks the full understanding to the depth and breath of being an assistant, not to mention most virtual EA roles are not that flexible. Most employers want their assistant online for core business hours (M-F; 8-5) and on-call during off hours. This is not an easy job. Please do not recommend it for people who do not have the time do dedicate to it.
@@MyFreckledJourney Understanding the real expectations of this role is important. I looked into this as a side-hustle (since I am a seasoned EA) because I thought it would be flexible around my day job. The time commitment of all the roles I looked at conflicted entirely with my current job. In this role, you are someone's right-hand and business partner (especially Virtual assistants). Requests made require ability to do a lot of different complex and time-consuming things, many times on short notice. I believe Jess has good intentions with sharing ideas for side hustles and freelancing, however, this particular role is not super flexible (which is why I spoke up).

N F L is trademarked. You shouldn't be selling that on etsy.

As a career EA totally agree. Most people won't want someone who isn't available for several hours of the day.
I think she was referring to more freelance type roles, not career.
