Love your channel, I found it under 10k through youtube recommended (I watch true crime videos to fall asleep, weirdly enough) and I'm so happy I did! Congrats, girl! 💖 Edit: I also want to go to school for criminal psychology but I'm also torn between medical due to some issues in my own life that sparked my interest and empathic heart. Another edit: though Sarah J. Maas is technically young adult, she really doesn't write like it. I'd recommend both of her series, Throne of Glass and A Court of Thorns and Roses. If you want someone more *adult*, I'd recommend Kresley Cole. She has a series that's not fantasy but Immortals After Dark is amazing if you like it! I'm also a writer and have cowrote a story with my friend since I was about 13, if we ever publish then we already have at least 10 books (oops) and I think both of those authors are phenomenal.

Love that was a 10K video, 2 days ago and now you’re closer to 20K. I stumbled on your videos from suggested videos while watching Shauna Rae, Danielle Hallan and Georgia Marie’s videos. I love your channel is growing so quickly and I subscribed straight away in the hopes of being a tiny part of hopefully helping you succeed in doing this full time so we get more content. I’m not trying to pigeon hole you as I know that’s stifling and there are only so many cases, but what made me continue to watch you is the more recent cases you have covered. The other lovely ladies tend to cover either older cases or unsolved. I love them as I know it keeps the awareness up but sometimes when you get invested in these cases and they are so old or no new leads it’s soul destroying after a while. The couple of cases you covered that had been solved or were recent enough to feel that hopefully raising awareness may still help solve them gave me some much needed respite and faith that people do get caught. I love the way you explain the cases xxxxx
Someone mentioned this in another video but will you consider covering the case of Erika Baker? She was a young girl from Kettering Ohio (Dayton) and she was kidnapped into a van and that’s the last time she was seen. The local news has covered it over the years but I really think the case needs more attention to get fresh leads. Thank you for all that you do ❤️

Best advice: just do it. I mean....this is so true...so many people (including me to some extent) have so many wishing/wanting hobbies...but just think about the possibilities and never take the action. Or in my case...you want to get everything absolutely right, before actually doing the thing...but then you could take months or years to perfect the thing...and in that time- your not doing the actual thing. So as Steph said...just go out and do it- whatever the thing is!!! 🎉
You're at 195k now while I'm leaving this comment after watching this video for the first time. I only subscribed earlier this week and I'm absolutely hooked on your channel and the energy that you put out in general. Some people seem to get lucky on this platform and build a following by craftily catering to trends with as little effort as possible. The quick large following they make doesn't make me happy or proud of for them. It doesn't feel earnt and it doesn't feel like it's going to last very long. With channels like yours however, almost 200k subs feels like an exciting buildup of a legitimate community and a rallying reward for the unimaginable amount of effort you put in.

Two years later but I’m just catching up on your videos and I absolutely love your videos. Law & Order: SVU is my absolutely favorite show EVER. Mariska Hargitay is the person i look up to the most. Your channel has been in my recommended for a while now, probably because I watch people like Danelle Hallan or LordanArts and I finally gave your videos a shot. I'm so glad I did. You seem to be very passionate about the cases you cover and you do it really well, not overly edited, no crazy creepy music and your videos really go deep and not only cover it on surface level like some others do, where it's just enough to get you interested but you're left with more questions. I've been absolutely passionate and obsessed with true crime probably since I was 16, TH-cam was just starting back then and so I went to different forums to research cases.. I'm trying to start making true crime videos myself, my channel is basically dead at 4000 subs because the content I made was way too personal and it went to a point where I don't feel good about it anymore. I'm from Germany and not many people do those type of videos there, so I think I'll do them in my native language. This is an older video but I recently found your channel and I am making my way through your videos. I love how much work and time you put into your videos. There are other youtubers that do true crime who seem to be constantly complaining about how much work it is and the upload time and yadda, yadda. You have three kids AND work and still do BEYOND AMAZING content. So thank you for that! After watching the part of the video where you said what case haunts you the most and which one would you want to solve. My answer would be Laci Peterson. And not because it wasn't solved, it was, her husband is 100% guilty of this crime. But it's one that I just randomly will think about and I think that's the one that when it happened is what got me in to true crime the most and so invested in reading up on cases and staying up to date on crimes.

Stephanie Harlowe ah gotcha! My mom was 16 when she had me so I can really relate to how special your relationship must be. It was actually a bit funny because when I was 16 she had my youngest sister. My mom has a special relationship with my sister that’s really different from the bond her and I have since we pretty much grew up together.

Love that was a 10K video, 2 days ago and now you’re closer to 20K. I stumbled on your videos from suggested videos while watching Shauna Rae, Danielle Hallan and Georgia Marie’s videos. I love your channel is growing so quickly and I subscribed straight away in the hopes of being a tiny part of hopefully helping you succeed in doing this full time so we get more content. I’m not trying to pigeon hole you as I know that’s stifling and there are only so many cases, but what made me continue to watch you is the more recent cases you have covered. The other lovely ladies tend to cover either older cases or unsolved. I love them as I know it keeps the awareness up but sometimes when you get invested in these cases and they are so old or no new leads it’s soul destroying after a while. The couple of cases you covered that had been solved or were recent enough to feel that hopefully raising awareness may still help solve them gave me some much needed respite and faith that people do get caught. I love the way you explain the cases xxxxx
I recommend The Stranger Beside Me by Ann Rule (if you haven't already read it) - it's the book that got me into true crime

Someone mentioned this in another video but will you consider covering the case of Erika Baker? She was a young girl from Kettering Ohio (Dayton) and she was kidnapped into a van and that’s the last time she was seen. The local news has covered it over the years but I really think the case needs more attention to get fresh leads. Thank you for all that you do ❤️

I just found your channel and have not stopped watching. Criminal intent is absolutely the best law and order. Also I read devil in the white city in high school and that is also what really got me into crime and watching things like forensic files. But I LOVE your videos about serial killers and cults; you go so in-depth and the amount of research you manage in the short amount of time between videos is staggering. Madeleine McCann has been with me since I was young, since I’m Portuguese and a couple years older than her the case just has always haunted me. It was such a big deal in Portugal and now I moved to the uk it’s still such a huge deal. So Yh I completely agree with u on that one 🧡

Best advice: just do it. I mean....this is so true...so many people (including me to some extent) have so many wishing/wanting hobbies...but just think about the possibilities and never take the action. Or in my case...you want to get everything absolutely right, before actually doing the thing...but then you could take months or years to perfect the thing...and in that time- your not doing the actual thing. So as Steph said...just go out and do it- whatever the thing is!!! 🎉

You're at 195k now while I'm leaving this comment after watching this video for the first time. I only subscribed earlier this week and I'm absolutely hooked on your channel and the energy that you put out in general. Some people seem to get lucky on this platform and build a following by craftily catering to trends with as little effort as possible. The quick large following they make doesn't make me happy or proud of for them. It doesn't feel earnt and it doesn't feel like it's going to last very long. With channels like yours however, almost 200k subs feels like an exciting buildup of a legitimate community and a rallying reward for the unimaginable amount of effort you put in.

I know I’m on the late show here, but I just discovered your channel and have almost finished binge watching every.single.video lol, I truly enjoy your videos and content. I agree with so many of your opinions and theories, and I’m a serious true crime buff, you name it, I’ve seen it, read about it etc. but I thoroughly enjoy the detail you get into that we often don’t hear/see in the media, and cause I don’t have much time to do research these videos are like listening to audio books about all the cases you’ve covered. Two years later but I’m just catching up on your videos and I absolutely love your videos. Law & Order: SVU is my absolutely favorite show EVER. Mariska Hargitay is the person i look up to the most. Her character as Olivia Benson has helped me throughout some of the hardest things in my life. It’s really nice that one of my favorite crime TH-camrs is also a L&O fan.

Your channel has been in my recommended for a while now, probably because I watch people like Danelle Hallan or LordanArts and I finally gave your videos a shot. I'm so glad I did. You seem to be very passionate about the cases you cover and you do it really well, not overly edited, no crazy creepy music and your videos really go deep and not only cover it on surface level like some others do, where it's just enough to get you interested but you're left with more questions. I've been absolutely passionate and obsessed with true crime probably since I was 16, TH-cam was just starting back then and so I went to different forums to research cases..
I'm trying to start making true crime videos myself, my channel is basically dead at 4000 subs because the content I made was way too personal and it went to a point where I don't feel good about it anymore. I'm from Germany and not many people do those type of videos there, so I think I'll do them in my native language. Anyways, thank you for your amazing videos and your lovely personality, I'm pretty sure your channel will blow up, it already is! Keep up the amazing work! All the best from a new subscriber!

I think we may have a lot in common, I’m fascinated by the Madeleine McCann case, plus i have read, watched, delved into this case & I’m always trying to find answers. I followed the court case through videos. Any crime programme is fascinating to me. I am also passionate about my family & fashion & the natural beauty look, I’m not American, more the European natural beauty look for me. Less is more. You said you loved New York, I stayed in NY 2017 & fell in love with this vibrant collective city, so we have booked a long stay soon & I cannot wait, it’s far more expensive than European cities. This is an older video but I recently found your channel and I am making my way through your videos. I love how much work and time you put into your videos. There are other youtubers that do true crime who seem to be constantly complaining about how much work it is and the upload time and yadda, yadda. You have three kids AND work and still do BEYOND AMAZING content. So thank you for that!
After watching the part of the video where you said what case haunts you the most and which one would you want to solve. My answer would be Laci Peterson. And not because it wasn't solved, it was, her husband is 100% guilty of this crime. But it's one that I just randomly will think about and I think that's the one that when it happened is what got me in to true crime the most and so invested in reading up on cases and staying up to date on crimes.

It was actually a bit funny because when I was 16 she had my youngest sister. My mom has a special relationship with my sister that’s really different from the bond her and I have since we pretty much grew up together.
