My issues with No Mercy’s version was the elbow pad didn’t come off and you had to do the whole move yourself once you take your finger off the run button that’s it he stops mid-move

I can confirm, that was at least in the WWF Attitude game. This may of been the first ever time it was possible, in a WWF/WWE game. Don't think it was in the one before.

@@TowDow3I think Warzone had it but it was simple elbow drop with little more hang time and no running back and forth. Smack down was the first game with actual people’s elbow

@@SaifulDKhairi Exactly!!! It was PERFECT from Smackdown Shut Your Mouth until Smackdown vs Raw 2010. Even then…it was better in all the older games plus the GameCube games. If they went back to the old animations with these graphics….we’d be in wrestling game paradise.
