You work with pens is very controlled. Please tell me what brand and style pens you are using? The pens I buy are always messy and uncontrolled. Nice work...

Beautiful! What do the four symbols in the center and corners represent? Is it a scorpion? Also kind of looks like a 30. Just wondering what it is. Thanks for sharing your process.
The symbol represents the highest chakra in the chakra system. Also it is the om symbol for Buddhism and other religions, but ultimately represents the same meaning. Unity in allness and a higher way of thinking and acting.
Hey there, I used acrylic paint. Then I used oil-based sharpies. They actually worked really great except for the extra fine point. It tends to explode and doesn't want to work after a time;(
gwenabyash I've had this problem with the fine tip paint pens as well and I find if you moisten the tip with an alcohol swab and push down a few times on a piece of scrap cardboard you will get a glob of paint out. I then use the glob of paint to draw with and this gets the flow going again. I threw away several pens when I was just starting to work with them because they always dried out and would just glob up. But then I got a white pen and fell in love with it and refused to throw it out! So I figured out how to fix it by using the alcohol swabs. Try it! It works wonders! BTW-Amazingly beautiful mandala! I'm totally inspired! 😍
Hi Crystal, and thanks for watching and the awesome compliment. I do draw the geometric lines in pencil first. Once I trace those out its mostly freehand or self made stencils I make myself to get the perfect outcome I want! Have a beautiful day;)

It's all good...it does take a while to get a collection of royalty free music.....I find mp3 rocket to be a good program to use to download music/videos off youtube ...cheers.

No stencil. It’s creating your own grid and a lot is free hand and imagination. Figure out where you are placing the lines before starting, and have fun with it!!!
Hi Sonja, thank you for watching my video!! I had to re watch it several times to figure out about the halo. I think that what you meant are the side ways triangle in the second outer circle. Well I must confess that most of the artwork is free hand and once I separated the triangles in lines I colored them in in purple marker. I hope that answers your question:) have a wonderful day!
