just had the longest normals run ever for me, upgrading every game up to over 300 score. then died to kobold mobs + yeti :p but hey i'd have never made it that far without your education, cheers

Great video dude. Question though, I know you run chase here, but whats the general strategy against landmine rogue strats? I just got two tapped in HR by one, and my previous attempt at this I got two tapped by a nightmare gob mage lol oof (just after I killed a super juicer too T_T)
Yeah man landmines are tricky! With chase you just got to be quick enough with your eye to catch footsteps in advance. Gives you the chance to back up and at least apply forceful shot before they fully commit to a dagger stab. Also as a ranger, environment is super important. I try not to go into rooms that are too closed in. Better to play in open spaces as Ranger! o7

The thing about doing something like this and saying that it’s skill based is if you are something like a barbarian or a fighter it is significantly harder to outplay people that it is on something like wizard or ranger
how to get a spear from the squire though?
do the weaponmaster quest
25 affinity weaponsmith unlocks multiple weapons, 50 improves the ones that you had before 25 affinity. Lastly 75 makes the ones you got at 25 stronger( like the spear). You maybe also need to use the spear perk before you go to squire else he might not show them( not 100%on this).
Same with woodsman upgrading your starter bows etc making them white instead of grey quality. This is all a minor improvement but gets you a slight edge in 24 and below gearscore
Look at the haircut though! Looks good both ways, but with longer hair you have more of a rock n roll look lol

are you playing on eu? we on eu have always fully kitted players on hr and they always try dodge arrows crouching moving 24/7 while i look at ur video and enemy dont even try to dodge lol
I find the shotgun ability with a long bow is pretty clutch if you get jumped on by a rogue
m8, here is a boring thought. squire to sire with no trading. How soon can you get BIS? what are you looking for and where do you intend to find it? Tons more of looting and much more gear fear... think it might be good.

Troll is definitely not easy to learn unless you have tried him so many times. it took me a week or so to actually get troll down but i had to be rogue and it took longer to parry only as fighter

So, you're playing the ranger build I've been playing. If someone spots your trap and goes around, position yourself so your knockback shots push them into the trap. thank me later.
can also put an obvious one in a door, jump it while they chase you and when they jump it do that same thing.

I cannot deal with rogues as a ranger. I swear. The only two classes ive had luck with them was cleric and barbarians.

How do you hover loot?
I hate people with 480 score in normals , Luckily they have already put another internal queue in normals from 24 to 124 ,but at least one more gear separation is needed for it to be optimal, from 124 to 249 would be optimal and from there on up any score
124 and higher is fine. Keep in mind every bracket splits the playerbase.
That being said 24-124 is so fun, it enables a lot of classes like wizard that kinda need SOME sort of gear to even function while not having to deal with legendaries and rogues rocking double grimmies lol Goblin pvp in that bracket has been really fun
why is survival bow the best bow?
You can kite the most and if you stack true additional damage you add X dmg to each shot, doesnt matter if they got armor or where they got hit. That's why surv is best with gear + it's lightest bow and lets you kite easily. But I wouldn't call it best (not even good imo) with 0 gear. Especially with 0 additionals, it just does shit damage xd
bit unfair starting with a ranger that already has an upgraded squire kit. all those upgraded merchants allowing you to start with spear, and even a ranger where your level is already 15+ allows to bring perks, not so much starting from zero. why didnt you just make a new ranger?

I'm pretty bad a PvP so I farm HR troll in luck gear I make 800g-5000g per run depending if I get a pelt or mystical gem
They need to fix the matchmaking on this, im a new player and I get annihilated by everyone. It's not new player friendly at all because I'll come in with my lvl 13 warlock and there's 80+ characters with 300+ gear score and I still don't even know how tf to properly play warlock. I stay broke in this game, hardly extract
I mean 3000 gold an hour is pretty average even just for treasure runs in inferno.
people mainly run normals because no one wants to pay 100 gold for one match.
100 gold should be peanuts to anyone half decent at the game. People run more normals because there’s no incentive to pvp or really do anything but clear mobs and loot chests. The higher you go in rank the more you have to prioritize that and the more punishing it is when you don’t extract.
HR takes longer to clear room and some chest/areas are worth going to and checking out in hr so in general people move slower through the map. In normals there’s no need to loot because it’s mostly garbage anyways, less, slower and weaker mobs so you can clear room faster ect. It’s a combination of a lot of things really. Hr especially higher rank is just not as fun as going into normals and getting into a bunch of battles.
Also now with the 3 gear brackets there’s no need for people to complain about “geared” people rolling them.
