This was a much needed one. Yes I also agree that If we cook in the containers which can be used as serving on the table, it's a great help.
My mother also uses the water used in soaking / boiling the pulses, rajma chole etc( at room temperature) it's a good food for plants'health. I have any idea for a video: if you could make on the type of crockery/dinnerware required to host guests. I always find it tough to fond the right kind of dinnerware for serving. 😄

I need alittle advice please,would u buy a single cast iron pot 30cm for R900 or a set of 20cm 24cm 26cm plus frying pan for R1200
Hey from the price that you mentioned the set makes more sense. But having said that I generally don't prefer buying sets. It depends if you need that many things really. Ideally storage is also something to think about. Also more cast iron pans means more maintenance work. So if I was starting out I would only stick to 1 or max 2 good quality cast iron things as cookware. This is what I feel

M looking for good tips myself.. Right now all I do is keep the home clean, use a nice smelling DIY cleaner, open the windows often and burn an incense stick almost everyday

Though our doesn't smell bad but I don't use oils in a burner...don't really like to use always...as it seems too artificial all the time..once in a while...oj.
