Hi, I'm having issues with the label is only printing the bottom and only 1/2 the top price. The top halve price is missing.. Seems to be any alinement issue. Please help. Thank you.
Check out 2:08 of the video, where Elisha explains that you want your labels to be winding from the back, towards the front of the gun, over the top of the roll.
Hmmm, it could be a defective or damaged pricing gun. You can try calling us to have us go over it on the phone or via video chat or you can mail it in for review/repair.

How do you stop pricing gun from sticking? Next lable doesnt come out all way and I have to pull pricing tape thru.
