    like on the handle bars n stuff,

      Well, not sure where I should start. Apart from the engine, chassis and front fork, I've changed just about everything on this motorcycle. The riding position on the Thurderbird is not suitable for long distances, at least not for me. It needs a slightly raised and wider handlebar. Otherwise you end up slouching over the tank after riding 100 kms. I got most of the parts from www.royalenfieldzone.com and fabricated some at a local chari.

    not a Thunderbird 350 cc. One can make that out from the handle and key socket.
