The scariest part isn't that he kept riding a ghost train every day he got off work, it's that he actually had to keep working his boring office job even though he had died.....
When I saw the name "kisaragi station", I knew exactly what this was about. It's an urban legend in Japan, I think. It's the last stop, of your life that is. Getting trapped there too soon... well... you can imagine.
The way this game makes you feel stressed, uneasy and just plain suspicious of every corner is incredible. Thanks for the entertaining gameplay my dude. Please bring more horror games like this.
For whatever reason i always watch your videos then sleep...im addicted...also sometimes i even sleep peacefully during the stream😭♥️idk why but maybe bec ur videos are my comfort zone and my distraction from my messy head
I’ve been to a few countries where the lavatories are holes in the floor - after the initial shock, I began to think they’re not that bad and could be considered more sanitary. Think about it - no part of your body has to touch a surface that’s been touched by someone else. It really makes sense.
@@veram1803 I’m not able to squat myself. I won’t lie, I do prefer Western toilets, but I don’t squat - I stand and do what I need to do on the other kind.
yes in india we have lavatories like that.... you can google it .... indian style toilets.. they are actually quite good for getting your bowel clean every morning.... the squatting position helps prevent chances of constipation...
I only discovered Chilla's Art games because of Hollow, and I absolutely love them. I have about 4 or 5 so far. Great little horrors. Thanks for the playthroughs as always my bro!
One train station bathroom had the toilet on the ground in Japan when I went in April. They had stalls too. Most places have done away with the floor ones I was told
Daaaaang, that ending! This was a really good one, I wonder what the other options at the end would have caused to happen? Super interesting concept, thanks for playing! You were great as always!
@@dzab4747 I feel like the devs are leaving it up to the audience, but I see it as two possibilities (from this ending): -The main character has died and was trying to find his way through purgatory (or something similar). His wife helped him “cross over” so his spirit wasn’t wandering in this limbo forever. Or He isn’t dead, but has somehow connected or stumbled upon this ‘ghost train/station’. Her spirit found and guided him back to the real world so he wouldn’t die and get stuck wherever this supernatural train/train station is. Kinda like a final ‘goodbye’ from the wife. Like most games that are written this way, you almost have to play multiple times and get the different endings or different monologues from the other characters to get more information on what could be happening. A more recent game that has done this well is The Mortuary’s Assistant. I could be totally wrong, I’m not Japanese and could be missing some cultural cues that might be obvious for the story. This was just my interpretation though, not anything concrete as I have t played this one! I think the last one this dev did that was like this, was the bathhouse game. That had a great twist at the end as well but you needed to play multiple times and do different things to get all the lore and information. Sorry, that was a bit long winded 😅 hopefully it made a little bit of sense and answered your question!
@AlleyCatInks thank you 😊 dear For me , I felt that he is not dead But he is trying to contact his wife , maybe because his the reason for her death... I don't know , but that's how I see it , but really, thank you 🙏 ❤️ you opened my mind to more options .

I figured everyone on the train was dead when you saw their reflection and realized that you too were dead after that ending. But the wife helped you. Great ending. I wonder what could have happen if you called everyone else?
if haven't seen the other possible responses, they're all listed (while not listing exact dialogue, but the gist of the conversations and how they end) in Chilla's Art Wiki ^^
I am glad your not a smoker bro you seem to be a good kind of a guy which means you won't have to worry about the effects of what smoking does to you, live long and healthy Hollow
Hollow + Chillers Art game = the perfect start to my day 😁 Thank you for playing yet another awesome game by one of our fav devs. Hopefully CA are able to fix the problem with Bath House as that is one scary game that I would absolutely love to see you play Hollow.
In Japan, the nisekisha (偽汽車) or yūrei-kikansha (幽霊機関車) is a folk tale of a phantom/counterfeit/ghost steam train involving the tanuki. Such tales were widespread by 1910, and folklorist Kizen Sasaki commented in 1926 that "probably everybody has heard this story somewhere at least once". The earliest instance of the tale that he had been able to trace was from some time between 1879 and 1887, but it had spread as the railways, first arriving in Japan only a few years earlier, had themselves spread across the country.
lmaaooooo Hollow, the thumbnail got me. Love your content, I always look forward to your horror play throughs. I've even got my non-horror fan husband coming in to watch you xD
7 minutes ago at 10 pm here after cooking late night snacks and dinner meal seeing this, man I've never been so early and happy hehe :D been watching you since I was a teen, keep it up Hollow! :D
I just got done watching the Stalker game you just played that had Chilia's coffee in the mix. and you just uploaded this taling about Chilia's art.. Coincedence I guess, oh well, time to sit back and enjoy this game as well. Also, yes, overseas, the toilets are like that. You gotta squat real low to use the bathroom lol.

Ironically enough I enjoy the smell of cigarette smoke, and while I used to be a once a day smoker, don’t usually smoke (tobacco anyway lol) anymore. TBH it’s too expensive when you could just drink coffee instead, a better vice.
Yea that is traditional toilet for most of the countries beyond Europe. Turkey, Japan, Saudi arabia, Korea etc had those as traditional but it’s not common anymore !
yeah the bug was a cicada and they are so big and loud and gross. and the subways all look like that. when there is a new movie or anime coming out they decorate the trains and sometimes buses its pretty interesting! Ive been living in Japan for almost 8 years so i love when you play these games.
Kisaragi in Japanese means February and February has one extra day every 4 years - leap year, so every leap year on February 29 there is a chance you can arrive at a station that doesn't exist. And that thread was posted on 2004 which is a leap year.
All the people on the train were dead weren't they a little girl looking for her non existent father an old man who was his teacher they were all dead the old man said he shouldn't go to the last stop because he wasn't dead

the feeling is mutual. hahaha!

everytime there is a new Hollow's horror gameplay it makes my day.

I can never get over how wholesome Hollow is. Seriously top three fav gamers to watch.
Other two?
^ I’m curious as well 👀
Yes he is, he doesn’t overreacted some other gamers and his reaction is so funny.
I don't know. Playing a male character, he still kept visiting the women's toilet time after time. I'm not sure how wholesome that is.
