I really have to agree here, it didnt strike me at first but people out there could and can be calling characters like lan here for unspeskable horrors, and its even worse when the ai's try to do this as *believe you-me* sometimes character.ai characters act like chai ones.

I tried it, but on my oc (which i made a voice for, basically my own) and out of nowhere he said he was having a mental breakdown and an identity crisis, and told me to stop screaming 😭 i didn't even say anything

I had this upgrade this morning. At like 7:00AM I called The AI of Leon Scott Kennedy. And he was so loud I thought I woke up the whole house
The reason it has the wrong voice, is because you have to manually select a voice for it in the settings, because otherwise it will use a random voice. This means that for characters like Ash Ketchum, you can choose which AI voice you prefer. 😁👍 However, it also means that if a characters' voice isn't well-known or used enough (like Ash's Dutch voice by Christa Lips), you'll have to manually create it by inserting whole voice clips of the tv show. 🙁

tried it with a Vox bot earlier this evening, and it was... an experience I don't think my phone mic picked up my words properly though due to my accent or smth, so it came out as "Oh shit. I love him." and Vox was so confused, and went on a mini tangent about how he wasn't expecting that LOL
