😂😂😂 sleep It's just a mindset don't worry, you should be more aware of your next Target, that will make you to feel urge and get completed, doesn't let you sleep. You already had that frog (doing hard task as a first priority) in the morning, that's why your brain says okay done task is finished will take rest kind off.

Completely Natural, don't worry ! If it's frequency is more, have a physical activity (go for jog or do some yoga), don't eat much spicy, before going to sleep urinate first, main thing is testosterone if you are taking any supplements try to reduce it that doesn't mean you can stop, honestly if you are watching p*rn stop it immediately, if you do physical activity automatically stress reduces because stress also plays role here. Do these but don't take seriously and keep thinking whole day about it, concentrate on your work and go with that flow, everything will become normal...
