13:00 So true. I'm afraid to let go of them but also afraid to even recall them. I would like them to remain in stillness but they arose and they must subside as all things that begin must end. In some ways I think how we process these experiences is a very profound teaching in itself. Easy enough to let go of some things. A pleasure to let go of some things. The rubber meets the road when it's time to let go of these rare and extraordinary experiences and therein lies the challenge of our standing still neither grasping now pushing away.
I love Lama Lena.
the best one really
Could someone please post the link to the lineage prayer that Lama Lima always chants in the beginning of her speeches?

The less easy place I was ever able to Flow was at the Simhasta Kumbha Mela in 2016. I was amidst 50 million souls and was abandoned last moment from the very person that invited me there! I starved, got sick, hit my foot so hard I could've easily broken it (while riding full speed on a moped; my foot hitting a concrete staircase), spent four hours on a moped (every time the back tire went out, the guy that was taking me to the airport would ask for more rupees!) under 116 degree F weather, and had to sleep overnight at a goddess temple (laying down with flea ridden dogs). I think that is about the less easy place ever!!! I started out when my Zen grandmaster gave me some initials clues back in the 90's.
Intense purification!
@@jadeglouglou Yes. And I was 150 pounds heavier as well. I went their to lay at Shiva's feet some penance I had been carrying with me for 13 years. I dreamed that I would go there and that Shiva would respond well to my penance many years before I ever went there. And I did not know I was even going until weeks before I actually did. The night before I left, I got a darshan of Mahakal (after taking a glass of bhang). It was the most intense night of my life.
oh wow
Let me say, Dzogchen never is scary. What is scary, not is it Dzogchen. The light is not scary at all. What is scary is the fear of letting go what is not real. Fear is a sign, man made demons are not real.
..but to do the ngondro it needs some effort ?
yes. through effor comes effortlessness
