Silverrun forest map challange / FS22 / selling walls, trouble with train / EP 28

Hi everyone :) I m trying to earn 1 000 000 € on Silverrun forest map on Hard mod. One episode is one month in 5x time acceleration. How long will it take ? :) This is day (month) 28
I started with - 100 000 loan, whitout land and any machine. because the bank didn't give me more :D

Rules:
- only first loan 100000
- No Leasing
- No autoload
- No equipment resetting
- No teleport
- No contracts
