      You should do it. I'm glad I made the choice and I'm 40 years old and learning new tricks and old ones again. It's so fun!

    Sweet.
    I’m hoping for a Jordan 5 inspired boot.
    But I’m definitely looking to get a pair of Gawds eventually.
    And Mesmers, without hesitation.

      We had a razors Cult that was inspired from a Jordan 4. I need them to come back. I'm a cult guy for life. They did two models with the Jordan 4 lace net things. And tried to emulate the side mesh poorly the "skin" of the lace area. I think Amall had an exclusive one. The era was when trust liners were first coming around if you remember. Lmfao!!!

      Crazy these came before Jordan Cherry retroed again. Wild. I think franky retroed the concorde look before Jordan brand. Franky is serious about kicks apparently

      @@omegamanGXE hahaha. I love shoes. Hate Jordan 13's. But im in the minority. People love Jordan's for what Ever reason. Wouldn't mind a Jordan 1 skate. Wish the Jordan 4 like cult would come back.

    I'm a size 10.5 in NIKE but only a 10.0 in ADIDAS. Can you tell me which brand of the two do you wear and how did the sizing convert? Only thing stopping me from ordering mine right now.

      Measure your feet in cm, that’s the only way to know for aure

      In the Same EXACT predicament, I just decided to get size 11 since my size is 10.5. I LITERALLY just ordered a size 11 pair of these for only 283$ before I commented this. But since my other skates I have are size 11 and they fit me pretty snug and somewhat tight, I just decided to go for it. I didn’t want them to get sold out before I could cop haha

    • @TheTalkingEdge
      @TheTalkingEdge 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@THECHRISAL3X I ended up getting the 10.5 and I have wide feet so I wore three pairs of socks just to stretch the skates out a bit. So no problem there. the Toe Box fits perfect. But after sk8ing regular pair of Sox I started having pain in my inner ankles. Didn't realize USD built skates are notorious for this pain. There's even a reddit thread about it. So I stuck some glass jars in the booth and buckled them up. Joe kap one of their riders said it only hurts till you break them in. Let me know if yours gives you any form of pain?

    Great review as always, Law!
    I'm considering either the FM3 or the USD Carbon Basic with a custom design... it's a matter of money, though, because the prices are night and day. The FM3s retail for $380, whereas a custom boot from USD is almost $700! That's quite the difference.
    The driving motivation for purchasing new skates is that parts for the Remz 2.5 are long gone; backslide plates are the biggest missing piece. Another motivation is the weight. Anyone whose skated Remz know that they're the heaviest on the market, 100%.
    I'll be able to jump up to seriously high rails once I make the switch. I have questions for the community. Are parts readily available? It seems like the soulplates are in order, and of course, frames from Kizer, 50/50, or USD are easy to find. Does anyone else have feedback about the aforementioned skates? Is it worth the cash for a custom USD boot?

    so you can't use aftermarket liners or replace the liners in these?

    • @BacktoBlading
      @BacktoBlading  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Correct, they’re part of the boot. Makes them more responsive, but also pricier and less adjustable
