He knows about khaenriah because he is from there you can tell by his differently shaped pupil also the original hydro dragon is dead and I doubt that he is the reincarnation

My theory about the twins is that there is another twins from different dimensions that are encountering the same thing like in one dimension lumine lost her brother and the other where aether lost his sister
I'm not trying to start an argument just implementing my own theory out into the world. I think that an abyss mage, herald, or maybe something stronger is either impersonating our siblingor has taken control of the siblings mind to mess with the traveler.
