1.The Lower Explosive Limit (LEL) is the lowest concentration of a gas or vapour that will burn in air.
2. Upper Explosive Limit (UEL) is the highest concentration of a gas or vapor , Concentrations higher than UEL are “too rich” to burn.
3. STEL - Short term exposure limit
4. IDLH - Immediately dangerous to life or health (IDLH)
This varies for every chemical

24 V is mainly for lighting. When a person works in a confined space, there will be lot of sweating and body resistance comes down. In case there is a current leakage, 24V generally cannot cause electrocution or serious shock

2. In the work permit format, all the precautions listed
Client may additionally require medical examination (Not a standard practice), not just blood pressure only but PFT etc to ensure medically fit
