Much awaited review brother. Oil cooler and 4 valve setup aside. What would you suggest between Sp160 and Xtreme 160 4v in terms of ride quality and comfort factor as Sp160 also has 14.5nm torque which is equivalent to all 160cc 4valves in market.

If you want more comfort then SP160.is the better one brother... I didn't get chance to ride the base model of the Xtreme where we have normal telescopic fork.. not sure if it has little better front end comfort...
In Xtreme also you can adjust the rear preload and make it more comfortable

Which is best for mileage and day to day city traffic. And durability because i will travel 50 km a day.

In real time almost all these vehicles provide mileage in the range of 45 to 50 KMpl depending on usage and riding style...
Xtreme and Hornet might provide good mileage compared to other 2... All these are great in ride and handling also... So better take test ride and pick the one you most like..
