Awesome cab ride videos by the way I hopefully look forward to seeing cabaret videos of Trinity Metro TexRail and once it’s fully complete and in Servise the DART Silver Line
I actually don't know the answer to either one of those questions. Someone more knowledgeable about those things will have to answer. I do know there are a couple of no horn zones.
I have the answer to your question the Trinity really Express operates on parts of the old Rock Island and the Texas and Pacific 80% of the main line is former Rock Island trackage the Texas rocket used to run between Dallas and Fort Worth but there was no commuter service that was provided by the Texas electric railroad when the train gets to Fort Worth it's on the t&p package into t&p station in Dallas I think they're running on the former Cotton belt or Southern Pacific line the entire system used to be a all horn zone however unfortunately because of people who don't seem to really understand safety around train crossings petitioned for some of the crossings to be quiet zones I'm not a fan of that and it's not because I'm a real fan believe me I love hearing a train blow its horn when it's passing by in the engineer waves but it's for safety one of my friends for the camera on the training ones that was a quiet zone area all together to prove how and safe quiet zones were and the evidence spoke for itself he deleted the video but every crossing the train passed at least three or four cars tried to beat it or go around the gates we need to eliminate zones only on the railroads
@@TheTexasTrainMaster very cool thanks.🤠✌️ Cuz I remember not too far away where it crosses over Carrier parkway down by Grand prairie. I thought that was an old Rock Island line many many years ago. The famous rocket used to come through there.

Dude how do you do this, this is insanely cool
Took me a while to get it figured out. Lots of train and error. I have actually failed at recording more than I have gotten the recording.
Awesome stuff, thanks for uploading! And what do I spot at 26:56 , new Stadler units? :D
I remember right the t r e doesn't it ride on the old Rock Island?
What is at the Arlington Irving area that's only a no horn zone?

New vid idea, the entire Amtrak Texas Eagle route (Chicago to San Antonio) 🤣😉
I don't even want to think about how many GB of video that would be. hahaha
TexRail next ??!!
Hopefully soon.
What train you on video guy
I wish I could remember. I forgot to put it in the video description. It was 124 or 125.
Ken Paxton Union Station is more like it!
What time of day was this filmed ?? No one at stations ??
It was on a Sunday, the only people riding were people going to the State Fair.
This train usually doesn't run on Sunday.
It needs to run on Sundays anyway
'No Horn' ordnances are a threat to motorist safety.
Can You Do Eastbound
I'm going to do eastbound when the new station opens so everyone can see that.
@@VideoGuy_TX When’s The New Station Going To Open
Early 2024 is what TRE says. We will have to wait and see.
@@VideoGuy_TXWhen Will You Do a Eastbound Trip Since Trinity Lakes Station Opens Monday
