I am having big problem to use this printer I tried to import logo BITMAP image file won't support, I can't print vertically because of too narrow window. it sounds like kindergartner , and Ink expire so quickly after production ink never go to the costumer right the way it might take thee month or six month to reach to costumer buying bulk waist of money I think there should not be any expiration date. what software do we need to create logo. what is largest file we can import kilo byte. any technical support ?
