I'm 47 this year, started experiencing night sweats and other perimenopausal symptoms like insomnia, frequent waking up throughout the sleep, thinning hair, extreme vaginal dryness and so on when i was 45. I run everyday for years, minimally 7km each time but it didn't do a thing for my perimenopausal woes 😅 it does though make me feel good and strong after every run, so I'll say, just keep on running anyway, just like we should keep on doing face yoga daily 😄
I follow your tips and now I manage my menopausal syndromes. Look at me? I am 57 now . Your video really helps me a lot. Now i make face yoga a part of my habbit.
After my menopause my hair has completely changed, became frizzy which was earlier soft, straight and shiny and my cheeks have collapsed. Any idea what should I do? Please help.
Hi! In our Mouth & Cheek Jumpstart you will be able to choose between creating more mass on your cheeks or firming exercises to create a more sculpted look. Every face is different therefore we have made sure to create a program that caters to both types of face shapes. More information here: bit.ly/2P6JiBM
Hi Lilian! We understand. While a treadmill is convenient, it also not necessary to get your body moving. You can walk or go to the park, or even walk in place in your own home! :) Check out our blog for more tips and tricks, and DIY recipes to help you and your wellness! :) bit.ly/2TR82Np

I'm curious as to whether you walk, or jog, or run on the treadmill? Which is best for menopause symptoms?

And, lack of sleep also shows on the face. A good night’s sleep helps us look younger.
Absolutely!
i'm having exactly this problem but waiting to be able to run again after an ankle sprain!!
Treadmill when and what type, i.e. HIIT, and for how long?
And what time of day?
Hi! We recommend you listen to your body and create a routine that feels good to you and you can maintain :)
Same issue at 52! When do you do the treadmill? Before bedtime? Or anytime of day?
Fumiko does it in the evening :) But we recommend to try both and see what feels best for you!
What time of day did you use the treadmill? I do know least 30 mins is recommended
Hi! This really depends on you and when works best for your needs.

I have been taking evening primrose oil and sage (salvia) pills and they stopped completely.

Treadmills are pretty expensive. Not very helpful in this corona virus time.
