Anthony getting fired was UNFAIR.......People think it is EASY for one Chef in such a small galley, working workig more than 14 hours a day, dealing with all of those different preferences for each individual guest with no assistant .......u people delusional....Kerry should have given him another chance
He is a great chef. he only cooks good food when he happy. He shouldn't on his well being to be good at his job even though cooking has to do a lot with your well being
The guests were horrific. Fraser and the Captain don’t have a clue how to support a Chef. The Captain has seen his resume so knows he’s green on a yacht by himself yet chooses to only only criticize instead of support. I saw one deck hand helping him once with dishes. It’s the Chief Stew’s job to make sure the Chef is supported fully. How many times did Fraser complain and do absolutely nothing but try to boss him around. You don’t ever get bossy with a Chef for obvious reasons. You support. Clearly the only Chef that could match the nastiness of Fraser and the Captain is an overbearing, aggressive, bossy one. Mistakes were only made because Chef had no team supporting him. Chef Anthony is just lucky to be away from them all now.

The guests are rich entitled people who were very demanding and rude if you cant see that then its on you. Its not easy for one chef to remember every single guests preference sheet, allergies, etc.

@@veronicareka I think that most guests never did any type of "hospitality" work so they have no clue as how stressful or hard it is.I worked at a hotel/restaurant for 2 months and since they were short staffed I did what was needed - from dishes to housekeeping - that stress and crazy hours no thx
well part of the learning curve this , Guest is king and on yachts they realy are , they can make or brake you , thats why i stay away with it ,have enough to deal with demanding gest in the restaurants

He knew what he signed up for all of the other chefs made it work in a small galley, if he couldn’t handled it then he shouldn’t have e taken the job😊
And as the chef it was his job to look at the preference sheets to see what the guests liked or didn’t like.

No one ever wants to help the chef. It is not easy for one chef to cook countless meals by himself, I dont get why they dont employ 2 chefs.
