You don't have to finish the whole mission to unlock this outfit. Yes the pop up challenge doesn't show but once you're certain you have eliminated three guards.. just back out and then go to destination sapienza look at feit selection and it should be unlocked. Its an awesome costume and perfect for the disruptor mission with Connor mcgregor. Enjoy
