Not sure what this show was actually called. I don't think they would have went back to World Championship Wrestling but maybe they did. They probably said on the show but I did not watch a lot of this to be perfectly honest.

If you remember Jay from Mid-Atlantic wrestling, you knew something was wrong. From the extreme weight gain and the slow movement. I think it started to show when he started wearing paint & black clothes. Around 84' I think.
Crazy to think this is less than two months from when Jay passed.
i dont know or never saw him before but i can tell this was a real down to earth great anouncer..
Paul Jennings and Jack Little good old days of Australian Wrestling revisited. World Championship Wrestling ran from 1964 until December 1978. During those years we had all the best coming in from the United States.

The Romero Brothers were their names they lived in Amarillo texas
According to their brother Ricky Romero JR. They were part Apache through their mother. Ricky Romero Sr. Was born in California. Five of his six Kids were born in California. Only the youngest, Chris was born in Texas. Sad Steve aka Jay died so Young. Chris pazsed recently at age 55.
