You're entirely welcome. I have been very slow at making videos of interest to general woodworkers, but I hope to pick up some speed on that. I like to share what I have learned.
I have a stupidly expensive Oneida Air Systems dust collector, with all of the pipe, blast gates, fittings to pick up from every machine in my shop. I like its performance, but also because these systems are made in the original Porter Cable power tool factory in Syracuse, NY
SPOILER ALERT! I have no training or background in machining or toolmaking beyond a semester class in machining some 43 years ago. I just love to do this stuff.
Great Kevin. Thank you so much for your time and support for all of us

I would like to own one of your guitars someday. I'm from Greene, so I won't have far to travel to your shop. I admire your craftsmanship.
My shop is open to visitors at nearly any time and you don't need to order a guitar to visit. Stop by sometime.

Thank you! I would love to visit your shop.
It just dawned on me that I don't see sawdust flying out. How did you handle dust control? Slick machine, sir.

I was thinking about building a similar jig out of drawer runners but my shop burnt. That was bummer
I'm, heartily sorry to learn that. I hope you can recover from the incident.
I had a feeling that you might be a tool and die maker or machinist in a previous life.

Nice setup. You ever use it for dovetails?
I think this machine would be particularly poor, if not frustrating as a dovetailing devise. I use a great quality dovetail jig or I cut them by hand.
Very not home made look about it .
Impressive
Thanks, I think, but it is indeed a shop built machine, done on a cheap round column milling machine.
