सोहना भारत के हरियाणा के गुड़गांव जिले में एक शहर और एक नगर परिषद है । एक लोकप्रिय पर्यटक सप्ताहांत और सम्मेलन वापसी, यह गुड़गांव से अलवर तक एक ऊर्ध्वाधर चट्टान के पास राजमार्ग पर है। सोहना अपने गर्म झरनों और शिव मंदिर के लिए जाना जाता है। सोहना तहसील अहिरवाल क्षेत्र का हिस्सा है। अरावली की तलहटी में स्थित सोहना के गर्म झरनों में एक प्राचीन शिव मंदिर भी है। मंदिर का निर्माण बाबा लखी शाह बंजारा बंजारा ने करवाया था । मंदिर में प्रत्येक नवंबर में एक गंगास्नान मेला (मेला) आयोजित किया जाता है, और तीज मनाने के लिए प्रत्येक जुलाई और अगस्त में एक मेला आयोजित किया जाता है । मंदिर में गर्म झरने अत्यधिक गंधकयुक्त होते हैं, और उनका तापमान 46 से 51.7 डिग्री सेल्सियस (114.8 से 125.1 डिग्री फारेनहाइट) तक भिन्न होता है। किंवदंती के अनुसार, अर्जुन (पांच पांडव भाइयों में से एक) ने प्यास लगने पर कुएं खोदे। माना जाता है कि सोहना साधुओं और मुख्य कुंड का निवास स्थान रहा है(तालाब), शिव कुंड, औषधीय गुणों से युक्त बताया जाता है। भक्त इसे पवित्र मानते हैं, और ग्रहण और सोमवती अमावस्या के दौरान वे यहाँ पानी में स्नान करने के लिए इकट्ठा होते हैं। हरियाणा पर्यटन द्वारा संचालित हिलटॉप बारबेट रिज़ॉर्ट में सौना और भाप स्नान की सुविधा, एक छोटा स्विमिंग पूल, एक पार्क, आवास और शहर के दृश्य वाला एक रेस्तरां है।
Sohna is a town and a Municipal Council in the Gurgaon district of Haryana, India. A popular tourist weekend and conference retreat, it is on the highway from Gurgaon to Alwar near a vertical rock. Sohna is known for its hot springs and Shiva temple. Sohna tehsil is part of Ahirwal Sohna hotsprings, in the foothills of the Aravalis, also has an ancient Shiva temple. The temple was built by the Baba lakhi shah Banjara Banjara. A Gangasnan mela (fair) is held each November at the temple, and a fair is held each July and August to celebrate Teej. The hot springs in the temple are strongly sulphurous, and their temperature varies from 46 to 51.7 °C (114.8 to 125.1 °F). According to legend, Arjun (one of the five Pandav brothers) dug the wells when he was thirsty. Sohna is believed to have been the abode of hermits and the main kund (tank), Shiva Kund, is said to have medicinal properties. Devotees consider it sacred, and during eclipses and Somavati Amavasya they gather here to bathe in the water. The hilltop Barbet Resort, operated by Haryana Tourism, has sauna and steam-bath facilities, a small swimming pool, a park, lodging and a restaurant overlooking the town.
Damdama Lake, known for its boating and picturesque surroundings, was created by building a weir on the South Delhi Ridge between Gurugram and Sohna. It lies in the Northern Aravalli leopard and wildlife corridor.

Abhi mai ek mahine pahle hi gaya tha, Pani bahut garam tha-mujhse bardasht nahi ho raha tha, aisa lag raha raha tha skin jal jayega.
Route - Gurugram -Sohna. Gurugram se 35 rupya ka bus ticket me chale jaoge...uske baad Google map help le lena.
