I have two beater shoes which I just wear on rotation, New Balance 997 in green & ASICS GK 14s in white/navy. They force me to wear my favourite colour (green) or dress down (leisure shoes). They're also both so comfortable 🤩.
Very solid! I haven't worn actual "running sneakers" in so long, it would feel weird putting them on

new office looks great. dont know how it happened but im back to wearing a pair of air forces everyday. currently alternating between the John Elliott AF1 in white and the Off-White AF1 in black
My everyday beaters are Docs 1461 mono black, can’t go wrong for either dress up or dress down
the most wearable shoe of them all - my next pair after these ones are all worn out
Love the video, very informative and kinda relatable which is sweet, wanted to voice a desire for your brand Ronning to carry trousers ina 38 waist pleaseeeeeeeeeee, I realize this can often mess with sourcing or if you need to find a different pattern for said size but I would love to wear trousers from your brand

I bought a pair of 1461 Black Smooth 4 years ago and just fell in love with them instantly. Don't think I will ever go back to running" shoes again tbh. Also, the black croc loafers look sick.
Can't go wrong with 1461s, I will probably get a pair myself once these ones with the harness are all worn out - and I get you with the running shoes

very nice, slightly sportier version of 990 - looks good
reebok workout plus, you can fuck them up and they wont die on you. also the better alternative to an airforce one in my opinion

I love my MNZ loafers, the pants and shirts are great cuts and materials, as are the leather jackets!
Alongside MNZ, I've also been really into RIER, a brand from Austria. Waiting on one of their boots which I hope will then become my daily beater for the winter :)

Hi Magnus! I was hoping to get your advice. I just signed up for my first half marathon but have also recently started trying to build muscle in the gym. I have no idea how to balance training so that I’m still able to run long distance and put on muscle 😢.

Great to hear! I would recommend running 3 times a week
Run 1: Relaxed pace, try to only breathe through your nose, it's just to get miles in your legs
Run 2: Relaxed pace warm up 15 minutes, then run 5x1km at your half marathon goal pace
Run 3: Relaxed pace long run (ramp up slowly each week, until you run up to 17km "maximum" 1 week before your half marathon)
Optional 4th run - Relaxed pace warm up, intervals / 400m repeats of faster than your marathon pace
Something like this will keep you from losing too much muscle, but still add miles throughout your week, and get you comfortable at marathon + faster than marathon pace if you mix in the intervals
And then eat at your calorie match or just above to help fuel runs

It also forces me to do something every week which is "worth" showing - so it is helpful in business / with the brands as well!

Have a look at Bass Weejuns or similar! They often pop up in the sales as well
Sundays Stickers were in orders in the beginning, but haven't made new ones that I like - maybe I will bring them back soon

I'd love to see a comparison of the cheap shoot and studio shoot in terms of the engagement you get from them and how much money you earn per pound you spent on the shoot
pound for pound the cheaper shoot probably "wins", we ended up shooting quite a bit more than expected - but you never know, sometimes content just "clicks" and does very well, whether it's a fit pic or a bigger production

I've worn a pair of Paraboot Michael Lace-up's in a grey suede with a black outsole religiously for the past year or so - I really enjoy how trousers fall on those as well!
I love Paraboots, so cool - I have heard they're a nightmare to break in however
Recently bought a pair of salomon xt6s in an earthy green and they go with everything I own, so comfy and trousers fall on them so so well. Haven't had beaters like them since my GMT spiridons became unwearable :(
